Words Have Power Part-4. By Imaolanews

Words have Power Part – 4
Joshua 1:8 – This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to doaccording to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success. When we start to believe and meditate on the Word ofGod, there will be manifestation the moment we utter Hispromises. Because, now our Spirit is trained to believe everything that wesay.  So, when we aretroubled, we are no longer speaking words of fear, but speaking words offaith.  Now, the maxim is “What I speak is what I get”. Keep repeating your ‘Alleluias’umpteen number of times because when we say it the enemy isparalyzed.     Therefore,we must train our mouths and the Spirit to be in agreement.  When that happens, our lives will besupernatural and manifest God’s glory.  The down side of this would be – it is dangerous tospeak anything against our family members, and the people around us.  The Spirit will release the power andit will come to pass.  Remember, our words have the power to destroy and the power to build up. Of all thecreatures on this planet, only man has the ability to communicate through thespoken word. The power to use words is a very unique and powerful gift fromGod.  Col 3:8 says – But now you must put them all away: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and obscene talk from your mouth.  We feel it’s macho  or liberating to use vulgarhumor, dirty jokes, and foul language, but this kind of talk has no place inour lives. The more vain, empty and negative words we speak the more we makeour Spirit not believe what our mouth is saying.  That’s because we say them casually(“I simply said”), not meant for the Spirit to believe.  So, once we get into this habit, theSpirit will not believe when we utter the promises of God.  In such a situation,   there is no power in ourprayer, there is no manifestation in our lives and we begin to wonderwhy?  Many people pray forhours together but there is no answer to their prayers because their mouth andSpirit are in disagreement and are disconnected.  To Conclude:Love is God’s divine power, whichenables us to do things we could never have done on our own.  Love cannot be earned. We mustcontinue to do what He has told us to do in His Word.Instead of placing our trust in our ownabilities or works, we should trust in what Jesus has already done forus.  When we begin to trustGod completely, our actions correspond to our faith. Faith is the only means bywhich we access grace. Jas 1:26 – If anyone thinks he is religious and does not bridle histongue but deceives his heart; this person’s religion is worthless.
